Initial order: £200 (net of VAT) Pro-forma Subsequent, No minimum

Prices are exclusive of VAT
CARRIAGE
Carriage costs based on goods value (net of VAT) are as follows:

| £50 to £99.99 | £3.75 | |
| £49.99 and under | £2.50 |
Carriage on all export orders will be charged at cost
PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Strictly 30 days net from invoice date. A 2.5% discount is available for settlement within 7 days of invoice date.
Miss Adela Limited retains title to the goods until full settlement has been received and the right to charge interest on overdue accounts

BREAKAGES AND DISCREPENCIES
All items subject to transit damage and discrepancies must be notified to us within 7 days of invoice date.
