1. Where is the jewellery from?
The silver is from Mexico and is hallmarked with .925
For any pieces with semi-precious stones, the gem stones are from varying countries, including Mexico
2. Do you design it yourself?
We have a workshop out in Mexico that makes our designs for us. They also bring out new designs each season.
3. If we want a particular design but with a different semi-precious stone can we do that?
Normally yes! We would check with our designers if they have the particular gemstone available at that time and we would confirm thereafter.
4. What is the delivery time from date of order?
We have a usual delivery time of 3-5 days if IN STOCK. If for any reason, any items are OUT OF STOCK they will be delivered at a later date of which we will inform you.
5. Will each piece be identical or will there be any variations?
The ones handcrafted with semi-precious stones, are ‘Unique’ and therefore each one is slightly different, which enhances the sale to the public. Some variations may include the colour and shape of the stones however the design and weight will remain the same.
6. Do you charge delivery and VAT?
VAT is already included and delivery is added is FREE to UK Customers (Retail).
7. Do you deliver the goods with packaging (boxes etc)
Yes we have our standard packaging and Exclusive packaging for that extra special some-one.
8. What happens if an item is faulty?
No problem, we can repair as long as it is a manufacturer fault and not other damage. We will repair or give a full refund.
9. Why Mexican jewellery?
It is well known for its top quality of Sterling Silver and craftmanship/design. Reputation is everything.
